Nineteen kinds of QR code, styled to a brand and scannable before you sign up for anything — and dynamic ones whose destination can still be changed after they are printed.

Built and run end to end: the code generator, the preview that renders before registration, per-account plans and quotas enforced inside a transaction, brand kits a new code starts from, the code shown on a card, a table tent, a poster and a shop window, a vector PDF at the width it will be printed, a batch of codes from one CSV file, bank transfer codes, a REST API with signed webhooks, team logins and two-step sign-in, and the full site in English, Bosnian and German with a sitemap and hreflang set for each. The restaurant menus it used to carry are now a product of their own, Digital Menu Studio.

Invoicing for a small business, in both directions: what it bills and what it is billed, recurring schedules and renewals, bank statements matched to the payments, and a PDF that is a valid e-invoice and still looks like it came from an accountant.

Invoice designs the user can lay out themselves, rendered by WeasyPrint as PDF/A-3 with the invoice's XML inside, so an issued PDF is also a ZUGFeRD / Factur-X e-invoice, and the XML on its own passes EN 16931 and XRechnung. Incoming invoices are entered line by line into a book of their own beside the outgoing one, and the period's VAT position is worked out from both. Bank statements come in as MT940 or XML and each line is matched to the invoice it paid. Around that: schedules and renewals, a link and a portal where a client opens their documents and accepts a proforma, a REST API with webhooks, team logins and two-step sign-in.

Digital menus for restaurants, cafés and bars, opened from a QR code on the table — dishes with sizes, allergens and photographs, offers and events, in whichever languages the venue types, and prices that change without reprinting the code.

Split out of QR Code Studio and grown into a product of its own. The editor holds tabs, headings and dishes — brought in from a spreadsheet if they already exist — with the fourteen EU allergens drawn as pictograms a guest can filter by, offers with their own days and hours, events that leave the page once they are over, the Wi-Fi and the week's opening hours. Twenty-one ready-made looks, with typeface, layout and texture chosen on top; a service mode for marking a dish sold out mid-evening; and the menu's code as PNG, SVG or PDF and on print sheets, with every place a code is printed counting its own scans.

Parking enforcement for German businesses, in four languages — plus a studio behind the login that draws the car-park plates, the business cards, the QR codes and the client's contract from one set of rows.

The public half is six pages in German, English, Bosnian and Croatian, with a contact form that turns spam away without asking a person to solve a puzzle. The private half generates the signage, the terms, the cards and the agreement from the same rows, so raising the contractual penalty changes all four at once instead of leaving one plate quoting last year's figure. The signs are built as a list of shapes and written out from it as SVG, PNG and a print-ready PDF at real size, with the lettering as outlines rather than a font reference, so a print shop cannot substitute a typeface.

The contractors portal for Icon Accounting, an Irish accountancy practice — where contractors sign in to deal with their own paperwork instead of emailing it in.

A Django application built for a client and run behind their own login, which is why the picture is the sign-in screen: everything past it belongs to their contractors. Work of this shape is most of what a business actually needs — an internal system that a specific set of people use every week, rather than a public site.

This site. A portfolio and a bilingual blog with its own editor, where each language is published on its own schedule and at its own address.

Server-rendered so it can be indexed, with a sitemap, hreflang across both languages, structured data, and a studio where a post is written in English and Bosnian side by side and each version goes live when it is ready. Demo requests and contact messages land in one inbox, behind checks that cost a real sender nothing.

Chosen deliberately: the client needed to edit their own pages without a developer, and a custom build would have made that harder rather than better. The right tool is not always the one you like writing.
